Hellraiser V Megarave - 23/6/07

YEAH !!!! Another fantastic party in the jolly month of June !
Excellent location, with about 5,000 people. BOOOMing sound system, very hot, terrible beer, but nice white wine !
All the artists backstage were in good spirits and joking around. Excellent atmosphere all round.
Art Of Fighters (Farters) stole the show with an excellent live act. The smallest guy 'The O' was crowd surfing through the mass of bodies from the front of the stage to the back of the crowd.
Everyone played great sets and I especially enjoyed Negative A, DJ D & Paul Elstak, Randy, Unexist & Tommyknocker ("Hardcore Vibes" ha ha!) & Partyraiser who blew the roof off when he started to play ! The Headbanger & JDA had a little pretend fight with boxing gloves which was a nice touch !
Excellent MC'ing from MC Raw & RTSier - That's how MC'ing should be. Not all this "biddy biddy" 100 MPH rapping that UK MC's do !
My battle with Plague went well but we couldnt do what we had prepared so just hit each other a few times and lost some props! I was feeling very tired from a busy week and a bad stomach from a big glass of bacardi. Maybe I'm getting too old ? heh
I only managed to expose my knobbly knee's this time, when DJ Lunatic forced open the port-a-loo door when I was having a poo ! ha ha
Many thanks to Nina for the driving and Uncle George and the Rige crew for a superb time !
Best party so far this year and I didnt accidently drink some gasoline thinking it was a bottle of water this time !
